to stencil 101

i am so in love with the stencil effect!!! and have been researching on-line......great grafitti artist out there....but came across this wonderful book......stencil 101 by ed roth.......little projects, great stencils -even though is for personal use only and not for re-sale............i can't really wait to design couple of stencils myself stay tune...i have couple of ideas in mind.........his are so cool, so simple.........
this is how i did it......

cut the front pattern from lil blue boo pattern

then i used freezer paper to protect the back of the shirt

used fabric black paint that i bought at michael's




i added a little bit of spunk using these neon fabric colors
then put it all together....... love black and white...love the simplicity and cool modernism....



it's so hard to photograph chimi and changa...now they just want to be by the xmas tree and on top of those red chairs......
